Common space is wonderful - renovated/well-equipped kitchen & dining area, living room with extra large sectional surrounded by lots of windows - lovely place for our group of 6 adults to hang out & relax. While the space was great, the mattresses in each room were in very poor condition. the front bedroom mattress didn’t even lie flat & guests were sinking curved into the bed. check-in/check-out polices are very strict, no toiletries offered in the showers & while the kitchen had coffee pods & a french press, a coffee maker would have helped for a group as large as ours. hopefully the mattresses are updated for the next guests, as this rental property has great potential. ##### sarah e.
