2023 Complete Remodel!, 1 BR/2 BA, Walk To Lifts

Newly renovated, pet friendly, condo within walking distance of the Lifts at Canyon Lodge. Cozy setup with a gas fireplace, full kitchen, roomy master and 2 full bathrooms. Our living room area includes a pullout couch and twin bunk beds that are tucked in the back of the room with their own bathroom. The sleeping arrangements in the living room provides a great layout for a family with kids, two couples or a group of friends traveling together. Condo has a strong reliable WiFi clocked at 100 mbps. Enjoy all the complex amenities-2 Jacuzzis, sauna, and a game room w/ pool table and lounge. Short 10 min walk to Canyon Lodge and 100 yds from the village ski back trail. Must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs, condo is 2 floors above the garage.

Our condo complex has a 2-car max policy. We have 1 designated garage parking spot that's located directly below our unit. Additional parking is available outside the garage on a first come first serve basis (Not Guaranteed). All cars must display a parking permit that can be picked up at the front desk between the hours of 9am-5pm. If arriving after hours, you're fine to park and pick up the parking permit the next morning.

Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club is located near Canyon Lodge in the town of Mammoth Lakes. The complex is tucked up in the forest at the top of Canyon Blvd. This is a great part of town if you’re looking to stay close to the trails. It's also about a 5 min walk to a great little German Restaurant/Bar at the top of Canyon Blvd - Austria Hoff.

The driveway to Mammoth Ski & Racquet is a little steep and can be tricky in winter conditions. Chains are suggested for cars without 4WD. Once at the complex we have a designated 1 car garage for our guests. Additional parking passes for outside parking can be requested at the front desk of the complex but cannot be guaranteed.

Our condo is about a 10 min walk to the lifts at Canyon Lodge and a 20 min walk to the village. There is also a great bus system in Mammoth that is free and will take you anywhere in town. The Blue line and Night Trolly loop from the Village to Canyon lodge every 15-20 min from 7:05am - 11:52pm. Stop #73 is the closest stop to our unit and is located at the base of the Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club driveway along Canyon Blvd. Check the Eastern Sierra Transit website for more details on the routs and times as they adjust through the year.

As noted in the description, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to access the condo, we are 2 floors above the garage. There is no elevator, so it is not wheelchair accessible.

Fantastic location

Really nice property. Exceeded expectations in many areas. Kitchen was brand new, appliances, cook wear, silverware, glasses, etc. we cooked in each night so really nice feature. Bathrooms were new, too. Flooring and fireplace were great. Closer to Canyon Lodge then Village. Garage parking was a great feature.
