#126 is a bright and cozy condo situated at the quiet, woodsy end of the

Viewpoint complex. The Village walking trail is just outside the door, for an

easy stroll to shopping, dining, entertainment and the slopes via the Village

Gondola.



There are many recent updates, including granite counter, tiled, wood floors,

and new TVs!



You can comfortably sleep eight with warm down comforters and fluffy pillows:

There is a queen Tempur-pedic bed in bedroom. The loft sleeps four with a

queen pillow-top bed plus a single and a futon that folds down for a another

spacious single. The queen sofabed in the living room is near-new.



You’ll have two (2) bathrooms both with separate vanity areas, recently

upgraded. There is a tub/shower in the downstairs bath and a shower in the

loft bath.





All TVs are new: Living room: 42" flat screen with HD, music channels and DVD.

Loft: 36" flat screen. Bedroom: 32" flat screen. There are over 100 DVs in the

library and there’s upgraded cable!



View the Sherwin's while enjoying the fireplace (free wood) & CD player in the

living room.



Bring your lap-top if you must, there is a separate work area in the living

room. There’s free wi-fi and a couple of phone charging stations in the unit.



Take-one-leave-one reading library, lots of board games and playing cards.



The kitchen is fully equipped, just like home. You are welcome to our stocked

"guest grub" cupboard if you arrive starving and it’s too late to go to Von’s.



Misc. amenities include: hair dryers, luggage racks, 5 qt crock pot, coffee

maker, French press, coffee grinder, blender, tea kettle, land-line phone with

nationwide calling.
