We had a problem during our stay and the staff member Tom went above and beyond to help us - he was polite, understanding and everything you could wish for. Great shower and rooms."

"The property offers so much space in a very convenient location. Our host, Gilles, was the best we've ever experienced. He called a couple of days before our arrival to ask about bedroom setup, and see if we had any questions. He met us upon our arrival to give us a tour of his beautiful property, and checked-in on a regular basis during our stay to see if we needed anything. The added comforts, from the pool to the game room were enjoyed by our entire party of six. Saumur is also a wonderful location for visiting the city as well as other attractions all within an hour's drive."
