Set across five picturesque acres, this beautifully renovated home offers plenty of space to relax while still being only around six minutes from Malua Bay Beach. Enjoy quiet mornings surrounded by birds and wildlife, afternoons exploring the coast and evenings gathered around the wood-burning fire.



At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living area with reverse-cycle air conditioning and a generous chef’s kitchen equipped for everything from relaxed breakfasts to family dinners. Gas cooking, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and plenty of preparation space make cooking while away easy.



Step outside to the covered outdoor entertaining area overlooking the peaceful valley — a lovely spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks or a BBQ while the kids and pets enjoy the outdoors.

One of the property’s most special features is the magnificent 260-year-old Kurrajong tree, from which the home takes its name. Surrounded by established grounds and abundant birdlife, it adds to the unique country feel of the property.

Malua Bay Beach is approximately a six-minute drive away, with a large grassy reserve, playground, picnic and BBQ facilities. The beach is patrolled during the summer season and is a favourite with families.

Malua Bay also offers a supermarket, butcher, cafés, takeaway options and other everyday essentials.



For those wanting to explore further, follow the coastal Munjip Trail from Malua Bay towards beautiful McKenzies Beach, discover the protected bays and swimming spots scattered along the coastline, or head into Batemans Bay for shopping, restaurants and activities.



Broulee and the beaches further south are also within easy driving distance, making Kurrajong an ideal base for exploring the Eurobodalla Coast.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended when staying at Kurrajong.



Please note that part of the access to the property is via a dirt road, which adds to the peaceful rural setting.

• Malua Bay Beach: 6 minutes

• Batemans Bay: 14 minutes

• Broulee Beach: 15 minutes



Plenty of parking is available at the property.



Other Things to Note:

• Access: Please note that part of the road access to the property is an unsealed/dirt road.

• Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome. The home has a fenced yard; please supervise pets when exploring beyond the fenced area.

• Linen: Bed linen and bath towels are supplied.

• Starter essentials: A starter supply of basic household consumables is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies, and we recommend bringing any specific items you know you will need.

• Fireplace: The home has a wood-burning fireplace for cooler South Coast evenings.

• Wildlife: Kurrajong is an acreage property surrounded by nature, so you may encounter native birds, kangaroos and other wildlife.

• No parties or schoolies: This is a peaceful family holiday property. Parties, events and schoolies bookings are not permitted.
