"Parking and check-in were great. The room was large and clean. It had coffee, tea, a microwave, keurig and 2 refrigerators. There was a desk, dresser, a comfortable chair and a dual sink vanity. Plenty of room. Breakfast was listed as "continental" but it was so much more. The property is older but such a good value. I would stay there again."

"First time in the area and our golf group of four needed a place to stay before checking into Gamble Sands. I can honestly say I’ve never stayed in a VRBO like this. Super clean and new with an outdoor pool table and a garage filled with another fun stuff, The drive up the small mountain to get to the property was thrilling with amazing views. Communications with R were smooth and the beds were very comfortable. Only small nick for golf groups is it’s a three bedroom house but one room has multiple beds. One of our guys slept on the couch and said it was fine. Would stay here again, 17 minute drive into Brewster and 22 minutes to Gamble."
