Had to wait ages to be served as the receptionist was more interested in playing with children rather than doing her job. Receptionist was totally disengaged, took phone calls whilst serving us.
We had booked a studio twin in March and this had been given a double. When we asked to be given the room that we had booked, we were told by the receptionist that our booking stood for nothing and was not a guarantee that we would get that room.
None of the hotel facilities were pointed out to us, no assistance was offered to us. The customer service was incredibly poor. The pool appeared to be closed as the spa facilities were overrun by children.
We did not eat at the hotel, we had wanted to have breakfast but were quoted £18.90 per person per day, which seemed extortionate.
