Villa Bonaire is a stunning property located in the exclusive area of ​​Bonaire, surrounded by a private garden with a swimming pool for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. This charming, spacious and comfortable villa is ideally located, between Alcudia and the famous Alcanada Golf Club just a short drive away. Villa Bonaire is the perfect place for a luxurious and comfortable vacation.

Distribution
The villa is built on a 1,157 m2 plot, has 2 floors and has 4 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (4 en suite), an open kitchen, dining room and a lounge area with sofas and flat screen TV, a porch with dining room and a private garden with swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a bright dining / living room connected to the open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a bathroom and a laundry area. From the living room there is direct access to the porch, garden and pool (10 x 5 m2). On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a TV room and terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay of Pollensa.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25/Kw - payable on departure.
Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

Wonderful villa, perfect for a relaxing break.

Lenka was helpful when booking including organising our transfers from the airport for us. We found the location good, a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to a great little shop with all the basic things you would need as well as a restaurant and bar and a really nice beach. There were good areas in the house and around the pool to relax and eat all together.

Wonderful and great house

We had a wonderful time at this great house. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. Every day we enjoyed our food at the terrace. The surrounding is really calm and it was a perfect stay. Just a few minutes walk you reach the sea, a small port, a really relaxing restaurant (5 Oceanos - great drinks, great food), a supermarket and two beautiful bays. The House was perfect for our stay and i think we will come back!

Fabulous Villa with Stunning Views

This Villa certainly has everything including a breath taking view! Alvaro was very helpful when we arrived providing us with local information and a tour of the Villa. Kitchen is very well equipped and the provision of pool towels was much appreciated. Such a peaceful location and just 10 mins drive to Alcudia Old Town with its amazing Market! Villa Bonaire comfortably accommodated 8 people and would definitely recommend; we couldn't fault a thing! Restaurant Cocodrillo is a must, food is delicious and 15 mins walk, with fabulous views of Puerto Pollenca.

Good location, excelent family holiday!

Very nice place in Mallorca. We were there for my Dad's 60th birthday. When we opened the door there was a ensaiimada waiting for us with a happy birthday sign. If you want to spend the best holidays in Mallorca this is the ideal place. This all super clean, super equipped, to travel with children is phenomenal there is everything. We have loved everything it is a pleasure to travel so a spectacular 11 out of 10.

Lovely place, perfect for a Family holiday with small kids. Close to the see and fantastic Beach. Should be out at ten, but could stay 5 hours more. Thank you Lenka and Joan, We had a fantastic weeks family holiday at Villa Bonaire. Lenka was very helpful giving local suggestions for restaurants and beaches as well as sharing some great local food with us. The property is very nicely furnished and the separate kitchen area in addition and aslo bbq was great. The pool was a great size and the garden gives you real privacy. With a car you can easily reach Alcudia in 5 minutes and other towns and beaches in 20 minutes Perfect for 8 people, we had great weather but there was plenty of shade and a nice breeze too. Thanks for a great stay!

Good location, beautiful house, perfect place to stay for Holiday!!! Recomended

Great location with a lovely private pool and terrace! Wonderful house that made us feel at home right away. Wonderful location that gives you and your family the opportunity to have quiet, relaxing holiday - only 5 mins by car away from town and from the sandy beach. We all loved it and give our best recommendations.

Toller Urlaub in Super Villa

Die Villa ist super. Wir waren zu 8 und haben die Woche sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und vom 2.Stock aus hat man einen super Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca. Der erste grĂ¶ĂŸere Supermarkt ist ca.8 Minuten fahrt (3km) entfernt, die Bucht von Alcudia ca. 12 Minuten. Die im Inserat gezeigten Bilder geben den Ist Zustand perfekt wieder. Es ist alles vorhanden was man HaushaltsmĂ€ssig braucht, auch fĂŒr 8 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer, dazugehörigen BĂ€der sowie die WohnrĂ€ume und KĂŒche sind top gepflegt und ausgestattet. In jedem Schlafzimmer sowie Wohnzimmer und KĂŒche gibt es Klimaanlagen. In der Tiefgarage findet man ein Kicker, Tischtenniplatte sowie jede Menge Spielsachen fĂŒr die Kids und ein paar Fitness GerĂ€te. Im Terassen /Poolbereich ist genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr die Kids zum Spielen und fĂŒr die Sonnenliegen. Ein großer Tisch fĂŒr 8 Personen zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken oder Essen. Der einzige negative Punkt war der Check In. Trotz vorheriger Kommunikation, und Anruf wie gefordert bei Ankunft auf Mallorca mussten wir noch 1h vor der Unterkunft warten, die Wartezeit hĂ€tten wir auch fĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe etc.nutzen können. Alle andere Kommunikation mit Joan war spitze und auf jede Anfrage kam prompt eine Antwort. Auch die Einweisung im Haus selbst war sehr professionell und gut verstĂ€ndlich. Zusammengefasst können wir die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Jeder der Erholung, Entspannung mit dem dazugehörigen Luxus sucht und trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer entfernt sein möchte ist hier richtig.

Very comfortable house

There was plenty of space, fully equipt and the garden with pool is so nice. It was still a bit cold and the pool is not heated. If it was heated we would have enjoyed it more.

Vacances en 2 familles avec les enfants, trĂšs belle villa dans une rĂ©sidence calme, trĂšs propre ainsi que la piscine. TrĂšs belle plage St.Juan Ă  5 min de voiture (Ă  pieds 15-20min Ă  Ă©viter Ă  cause de chaleur et la montĂ© en retour). Plein de petits restaurants au centre d’Alcudia (10-15min en voiture) ainsi que qq supermarchĂ©s. Lenka et Juan super sympa, rĂ©ponses rapides. Pendant notre sĂ©jour nous avons eu besoin plusieurs choses (gaz pour le grill - livrĂ© le londemain) des conseils et des adresses - envoyĂ©s directement sur natel...on ne manquait de rien. Point nĂ©gatif - les couchĂ©s de soilel pas visibles Ă  cause des arbres...mais c’est vraiment un dĂ©tail ;-) Top villa, top services. À recommander Merci Juan!

Schönes Urlaubsdomizil, gut gelegen und mit allem nötigen Komfort. Einen Stern Abzug fĂŒr die GĂ€ste, die vorher offenbar nicht in der Lage waren, den Gasgrill vernĂŒnftig zu hinterlassen und Bestecke wie Kochutensilien angemessen zu reinigen.

Fantastic Villa!!

We are a family of 4 and stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in July and we couldn't fault a thing. The villa is extremely spacious with a large pool, a gas BBQ and is very well equipped. It is in a peaceful location and has a great view from the balcony. The children loved the table tennis and gym in the basement! Alvaro was very welcoming and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa and will be back!

Excellent family holiday

We had the best 2 weeks here in June. This is the second time we have visited the villa and have already booked again for next year. It is clean and tidy, and the pool is kept spotless. We had a great welcome from Alvaro on our arrival day and immediately felt at home. I cannot recommend this place enough to people, it's own private pool and large bbq make it the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday

Fantastique

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine dans cette fantastique villa. Nous n'avions jamais reservĂ© une villa aussi parfaite, tout est idĂ©al, la cuisine, les chambres, le salon, la piscine. Lugnt lyxigt och rent

Underbart boende om man vill ha lugn och ro. Ca 10 minuter gÄngvÀg till klippor som man kan bada ifrÄn och 10 minuter med bil till riktigt fina strÀnder och mycket mat. Vill man vakna upp till fÄgelkvitter och inga störande oljud men ÀndÄ vara nÀra till allt ska man vÀlja detta hus.

Exclusive well equipped and beautiful property !

We are a party of 8 persons. We arrived very late Sunday night at property and two employees of the local agency welcomed us and gave full explanation of the house. A bottle of wine and some food was waiting for us in the kitchen. We spend of a very good time and enjoyed all the comfort available in this unique property. The house was super clean ,spacious and everything is available to enjoy a wonderful holiday with family our with friends. The service of the local agency was correct and extremely helpful and very friendly. Family: De Filette and children from Belgium.

Naprade super urlop

Na Majorce bylismy pierwszy raz i przyjechalismy z Niemiec, rodzinka w 6 doroslych osob . Domek jest piekny, piec lazienek, cztery sypialnie i z kazdej wejscie do lazienki, super basen a takze piwnica miedzy innymi ze stolem do tenisa, pilkarzyki i inne akcesoria. Domek jest dobrze wyposazony (porownywalem, poniewaz sam mam osrodek) i jest wystarczajaco miejsca na 6-8 osob. Lozka i krzesla plazowe dla 8 osob, stol na tarasie, gryl i pogoda zachecaly do spozywania posilkow na powietrzu. Kazde pomieszczenie klimatyzowane (przez 14 dni od 25 do 32 stopni ciepla) to super sprawa. To byl nasz jeden z najlepszych urlopow rodzinnych :-)- Maly minusik: zlacze internetowe slabe i malo programow w jezyku niemieckim i polskim, za to duzo w angielskim. Dziekujemy Oksanie za mila obsluge i pomoc.

Traumhaus mit sehr gutem Service

Wir waren mit drei Familien (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kleinkinder) in der Villa. Die grĂ¶ĂŸe war fĂŒr diese Gruppe völlig ausreichend. Die Lage sehr ruhig und nicht weit zum schönen kleinen Strand. Der pool hat eine gute grĂ¶ĂŸe zum schwimmen und spielen fĂŒr die Kinder. Die Terasse lud zum verweilen ein. Alles im Allen eine perfekte Familienunterkunft. Vielen Dank nochmal an Oksana, die uns vor Ort super betreut hat.
