Hotel au top, mais très bruyant, Essentiellement clientéle jeune et fortement alccoolisée, provoquant des nuisances sonores en pleine nuit Prévoyez des boules quies ! en dehors de ce point , chambre agréable et spacieuse, emplacement géographique idéale, proche des plages, restaux shoppings SUPER ^^

Catastrophe
À notre arrivé, quelle surprise que la climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Et ce durant nos 6 jours de présence. De plus, nous avons vu des cheveux sur les oreillers, les draps et dans la salle d eau à peine arrivé dans la chambre le premier jour. Le petit déjeuner a été exactement le même pendant le séjour. Aucune variété. Horaire petit déjeuner 8h à 10h. De ce fait peu importe l horaire à laquelle nous y allions, il fallait faire la queue pour du jus ou simplement un verre d eau. Hôtel très décevant quand au prix que nous avons mis pour le séjour. Nous avons remarqué une fréquentation importante de touristes du nord qui ne savent pas se tenir. En sortant des ascenseurs vous tombez sur des personnes qui dorment sur les canapés dans le hall. Le plus scandaleux, aucun parking. Vous perdez 30mn pour trouver une place . C est infernal. Les commerçants aux alentours sont très cher. Une simple bouteille d eau peu atteindre plus d 1,50 euro. Hôtel à déconseiller.

Zimmer mit Balkon zu einem Lüftungsschacht- kaum Tageslicht.Klimaanlage auf dem Dach macht einen Höllenlärm- der allerdings von lärmenden Sauftouristen oft übertönt wird. Massenabfertigung an der Rezeption, Personal unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht schliessen, Dusche läuft nicht ab und flutet das gesamte Bad. Dementsprechend stinkt es nach Schimmel und Fäule. In den Gängen stinkt es nach rauch- scheint niemanden zu stören das in den Zimmern geraucht wird. Das Frühstück war nicht zu geniessen.

1. Why did I not get a reply to my email? 2. Why was no notice taken of my request for a room with some sunshine? 3 Why was no attempt made to compensate me for lost dinner ( Day 1) or for lost breakfast (Day 7). 4 Why, when the hotel is advised as “ adult only”, were there juveniles running round the hotel corridors at 11 pm at night. I got knocked up from my bed at 10 50 because a juvenile’s towel had landed on my balcony.

The worst hotel n Mallorca.
The worst hotel I have ever been to. Everything thing was terrible! Noo Iron!! Paid safe box! Noo Parking! Dirty pool! Rude staff! No Fridge(Paid one)! Zero cleanness! The location is soo bad comparing to the other hotel! I’m sorry but never again!

Great value Spanish resort hotel
Typical Spanish resort hotel which was fine for our 2 night stay and very good value for money. The hotel appears to cater for mainly older guests and had a full programme of activities at least six days each week. Rooms were basic, but more than adequate and the power shower in the bathroom was superb. The breakfast room tended to be busy, but we always managed to find a table. Breakfast was okay, with a range of cereal, cheese & cold meats, different breads and a range of hot items. The hotel is located towards one end of the resort, maybe a 10 minute walk from the beach. Two pools looked great, with plenty of sun loungers available, but it was too cold to swim on the days of our visit. Overall, the hotel was great value and all our group would happily use again on a future visit.

Basic but clean.
The hotel is ok. Clean and functional. I just did bed and breakfast and most mornings didn’t even bother going for breakfast. Food was not the best. Generally the hotel is ok, just quite basic. Be prepared for teenagers playing music at all hours and lots of people who don’t know how to gently close a door.

Nice clean hotel, near beach and the shops.
It is nice clean hotel. Staff are friendly. Good facilities, pool and restaurants. It is close to bars, shops and restaurants and the beach.

Very young hotel.
I suppose this is an okay hotel but the numbers of under 25's males are amazing. They totally outnumbered young girls/ladies by 3 to 1. Saying that we saw no trouble and all young men got along with each other splendidly. Good was more than good and I'm a veggie.

Staff are lovely and hotel is close to beach
The room was not what we had booked. It was small and had two single beds. The door to the balcony did not lock correctly. At first we were very disappointed, the hotel looks like in needs doing up. However the staff were fantastic and food was good. They have entrainment on each night. We didn't spend much time at the hotel so despite the room we had a good stay.

Hotel Luna Park/Hotel Luna Arenal
Shares with sister hotel,hotel Luna and both function well. All staff are hardworking,friendly ,helpful. Rooms are basic but functional, with lots of hot water on tap. You have a choice of dining in either hotels or using their facilities. Arenal is a nice resort which is 15 minutes by Taxi from the Airport. The entire resort is 95% German. Every bar, shop, hotel, and resteraunt cater's for the German tourist. There are also Belgium, and French who regularly frequent the resort. Don't be surprised if you don't hear a British voice for the duration of your stay.

Bad experience within stay reception not helpful at all Had no English Channel through out stay complained no response excuse continuously not helpful.. My stay for 10 nights was discussing bed was poor bad pain in mornings.. No kettle no iron no blow dryer for convenice horrible

No room for us first night . Put in a local hotel . Not a nice one ..First full day wasted waiting ,then moving into , available room . Not good on a one week trip . No extra pillows . Telephone wires had been torn out before our occupation . Were still out when we left .No shampoo or soap replacement after first minimal issue . Staff were friendly and helpful . Food was very good ,mixed and plentiful . Drinks were good and well served ,particularly fast for an A.I hotel .

Awful experience from start to finish. Not suitable for English, reception staff can barely speak it and aren't willing to help with any queries. Room very basic and food just edible. Pool too shady, I nly being in the sun for a few hours in the day. Too far away from any towns (magaluf being 45 minutes away costing €100 there and back) but beach near is lucky. Only sacing grace.

The walls are paper thin...so a good nights sleep is out of the question. A lot of 'young uns' stay here & come & go all through the night so this hotel is definately not for families. Rooms are ok & kept cleanish...& staff are reasonably helpful.

Très beau séjour
Excellent séjour, personnelle à l'écoute et toujours souriant mais propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer (salle de bain pas nettoyer à fond, toujours des saletés au niveau de l'entrée de la salle de bain) Par contre, hôtel proche de toutes commodités et très bien desservies par les transports en commun. Restaurant vraiment excellent avec un énorme choix !

Ich war mit meinem Mann 4 Tage dort. Und was soll ich sagen? Es war super. Hatten Meerblick, das Essen war super! Abends gab es immer verschiedene Wechseltische. Es könnten vielleicht mehr vegetarische Gerichte angeboten werden. Aber dass ist nur ein kleiner Zusatz. Abends hört man vielleicht noch ein paar Partys, aber dass ist nicht störend. In der Nacht ist alles ruhig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

El personal es excelente! Sobre todo en el comedor. Lo único que me pareció mejorable es la tv que es súper pequeña y las camas separadas son súper incómodas. Soy alto y la verdad es algo molesto las camas así.

Gesamtpaket passt!
Hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes Zimmer, für die Partymeile ist die Entfernung so, dass man einige Kilometer zusammenbringt ;-) Ich war aber insgesamt zufrieden. Die 3-Sterne Einschätzung passt aus meiner Sicht. Kulinarik ok bis gut. Pool mit Versorgung gut.
