Housekeeping services were deplorable. On one day, our room wasn’t even serviced at all, and on most others, certain bathroom amenities were missing or not replaced and the room was not cleaned adequately. We got no apology or compensation from management, despite sending a note of disappointment through Expedia. Also, the products used in the bathroom are of poor quality and recycled (several bottles of “conditioner” contained hand/body cream).
Parking in the garage is very tight, making the risk of damage to your car trying to maneuver in and out of spaces when the garage is full pretty high.
Overall, a disappointing experience. This hotel certainly should not be classified as 4-star. Two-star, maximum, by any reasonable standard.
However, the wait staff at breakfast were amazing (very nice and helpful). That was the only good part of our stay.
