It was a pleasant one night stay with staff being so friendly and helpful. Easy walk towards the beach area. Taxi is readily available. Would definitely like to come back during warmer season.

It was a great Location close to the beach and everything restaurants and shopping , clean room and amazing Stuff specially the lady that runs the breakfast buffet she was so amazing , and breakfast was great honestly for the price we paid for this hotel it was very very good , if we go backnto mallorca will stay at playa sol hotel , thanks

Wouldn't stay again even someone paid me
Let me put it this way. You would be better off committing a crime, getting arrested and spending night in jail being bummed by some large dude than spending a night at this hellhole. Who needs this amount of bleach to clean the room? What happened here before I got in? Shower had no cold water so either you dont shower or shower by slowly cooking under 10000 degree water. Staying on 3rd floor doeant mean you dont hear people talking and having a good time in the bar on ground floor. Room window doesn't close so its constantly 10 degrees in your room at night. And you hear everything happening in the street below. Want a remote control for your tv? That's €10. And breakfast is a fee slices of salami, bread and some unknown cereal.

Worst hotel ever stayed in
No friendly welcome or advice about fire alarms etc. No smoke detector or main light in room. Maids didnt sweep floor or clean the toilet on 2nd day. Theres no shampoo or conditioner in room or spare pillows, and no tea or coffee cups or kettle also no hair dryer. The handle of the drawer came off when we tried to open it The lobby was dark at all times. Tv channels are all in German and there was no remote. When asked we were told you have to give €10 deposit and if you wanted Spanish channels you had to pay. I dont recommend this hotel

Genuine staff. However the Orbitz photo of the beach is very misleading. The beach is 4 blocks away but it didn’t have white sandy beautiful beaches. The hotel is located in a run down, poverty part of the island. Many business have closed down. The beach literally had mud but you could see those white sandy beaches in the distance where the 4 and 5 star hotels where located 1 km away. The hotel lobby was ok but I refused to eat there. It just didn’t seem clean. My room was located on the first floor and heard drunk people talking at the hotel bar way into the night. Hotel parking was limited on the street. Thank God I took out full car insurance or I wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all worrying if my car was being broken into.

Everything was relatively close. Great location. Bus to and from airport are €5, I believe the bus number is 21. Everything is walking distance. No refrigerator or microwave.

Very noisy
Not very pleasant if you what a decent nights sleep. Very loud and uncomfortable beds.

Für ein Wochenende S‘arenal die perfekte Unterkunft! Das Hotel ist einfach, Zimmer sehr sauber und alles drin was man benötigt. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber alles frisch. An der Bar gibt es für einen fairen kleinen Preis Getränke und Snacks (viele Einheimische auch Polizei und Taxifahrer dort-gutes Zeichen!) Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt und es wird darauf geachtet wer raus und rein geht. Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Also wer es sauber mag und keinen Luxus braucht, primär nur zum schlafen Zeit im Hotel verbringt ist hier perfekt untergebracht.

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende dort, man hat alles was man braucht, einen Safe (gegenüber der Rezeption) kann man für 3€ pro Tag plus Kaution mieten, für Föhn und Fernbedienung muss man lediglich eine Kaution hinterlegen. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Man hat alles was man für ein verlängertes Party am Ballermann Wochenende benötigt.

Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, ist die Unterkunft vollkommen in Ordnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, recht sauber ist es auch, das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und das Frühstück absolut ausreichend. Die Umgebung ist eben der Ballermann und nicht gerade die schönste Gegend, der traumhaften Insel. Wir haben die Unterkunft nur aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen gewählt. Die Anbindung ist mit dem Bus "A2" optimal. Für uns, sogar mit Baby, war die Unterkunft also völlig ok, da wir mit einem Auto die Insel erkundet haben und uns nicht in S'Arenal aufgehalten haben.

Stanze grandi con un bel terrazzo. Ottima pulizia e colazione. Difficoltà nel dialogare perché parlano solo spagnolo, ma soprattutto è difficile entrare nella struttura perché la porta automatica non funziona ed il personale non viene ad aprirti anche se ti vede fuori. Vicino ci sono fermate di autobus, un minimarket, pizzeria
