Nice hotel, well situated in Port de Pollensa.

Posted 19-Sep-2016
Pros: Central location with free parking nearby. Good breakfast selection. Helpful, friendly staff
Cons: Pool opening times could be extended - currently 9am - 6pm. Maybe 8 - 7.30 would be better?
Location: Good central location on seafront with wide selection of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Excellent quiet beaches close by.
We stayed here 6-13th Sept. The hotel is centrally located on the seafront with its own swimming pool with pool/cocktail bar built out over the sea. Breakfast had a good selection - from fresh fruit to cooked breakfast and freshly made omelettes - something for everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a room at the back overlooking the town with mountain views and evening sun - great for wine on the balcony. The only drawback being you would hear the binmen at 5.30 each morning - other than that it was quiet. Sea view rooms at the front would be considered the best rooms! The hotel really is central - plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. If you have a hire car there is free parking close by - but not at the hotel itself. Clientele varied in age there were a couple of young children with parents, but mainly older people at this time of year. All-in-all we had a good stay here and would recommend it for most people.

Perfect position on beach, smoothly run, very friendly staff who speak excellent English. End August - beginning September almost exclusively British guests

Nice hotel with lovely pool.

Posted 31-Aug-2016
Pros: Everything - especially the 1959 architecture with a modern twist in furnishings.
Cons: More wooden umbrellas beside the pool. Material ones are inadequate.
Location: Hotel is on the pedestrian paseo with pool and beach just across from it. Public bus stop a couple of minutes away with tourist office besides it.
My first solo holiday since rpthe death of my husband and I could not have chosen a better resort - felt safe - easy to explore - plenty of resturants. Hotels position perfect and the pool was a real bonus! My single room on the 5th floor was good with a huge bathroom and walk in wardrobe! View over the mountains and part of the coast. Breakfast was a feast if one wanted to part take!

Good hotel, great location

Posted 28-Aug-2016
-Brilliant location and easily accessible to the main attractions -Hotel is one of the few with its own pool (so loungers go quickly & it gets busy) -Staff are brilliant -Hotel food at breakfast is good -Facilities are mixed. Bar area is modern & chic, but bedrooms & gym were quite dated. -Hotel is 1hr (90 Euro taxi) from the airport -Room walls are paper thin so you can hear toilets flushing -This is more a 3 star hotel just based on facilities

Nos desilusiono la habitación lateral con vistas.

Posted 27-Aug-2016

Stayed for three nights in August. Had one sea view room and one partial view room. Both excellent and good size. Brilliant breakfast and location. Recommended.

Nice hotel

Posted 31-Jul-2016
The hotel is in a good location in the middle of Pollenca, but quiet at the same time. Staff were helpful and friendly, our room was spacious. We only had breakfast there but there was plenty of choice. People do queue for sunbeds a little especially if you want the shade but there were plenty. Overall great hotel would the visit.

great location, my favourite holiday destination

Posted 16-Jul-2016
Pros: The room, the atmosphere, the location in the resort, the staff, plus the proximity to the promenade and beach and other facilities
Cons: we wanted a comfortable hotel and sunshine, all our needs were met
Location: Wednesday market in the square, boat trips, amazing electric bike shop newly opened, sandy beaches, warm sea, plenty of bars and cafes family friendly
Well situated hotel, that met all our needs, from beach towels to a safe in our room with no charge. We booked a room with partial sea view and enjoyed a large terrace with a view of the harbour and bay towards Alcudia and the surrounding countryside. It was set out with high quality recliners and furniture and a retractable canopy. The rooms themselves were clean, modern, air-conditioned and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast each morning catered for every taste and was fresh and well presented. I had imagined maybe a cup of coffee and a croissant when in fact there was a huge range of cooked food, including tortillas cooked to order from your selected ingredients and a feast of prepared fruits, yoghurts, speciality breads a really great start to the day, and there was a dining terrace which overlooked the bay if you chose to eat al fresco. Hotel food and drink prices were well on a par with surrounding restaurants, and all in all I'd say it was a good value for money hotel, well run and with great customer care. The pool area and bar there was well presented as were the toilets. The pool itself was immaculate and there seemed to be an adequate number of comfortable beds an parasols, although inevitably people reserve beds which they seldom use, but this seems universal. Some tolerance is required, a more rigid policy could cause more friction, so I think they got it right and there were enough facilities to go round.
