Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Great location, the breakfast was just super with everything one could imagine. Superb location with restaurants nearby. My only negative is that I could hear the people above me talking loud late at night

This was a large hotel in a resort town. The room was a bit small for our family of 4, but we basically just slept there. We were out and about during the day. The staff was very helpful. Although there was street parking, we were able to find parking right next to the hotel.

We went out of season, the hotel room was clean. there were 4 adults in our group 2 single comfy beds and 2 sofa beds. Overall the hotel is need of modernisation. We arrived at 12pm and checked in straightaway.

Very spacious ApartHotel, we did not have any issues with the room or hotel. Staff was great, I'm sure if something would've come up they would've taken care of it right away. We would stay here again!

The staff were lovely and really helpful. Rooms were clean and well thought out. If you like breakfast it's a huge buffet, has everything and it will set you up for the day. The pool is great, clean, gets sun all day. Beach is really close and clean. Excellent value for money, can't recommend this enough.

Hotel is close to the beach. Staff are friendly.
The room are sadly looking very worn and out of date. Such a pity when you have a balcony and good views of the sea. The hotel apartments could do with @ thorough and modern update. Overalll we love staying here because of the location.

Right on The Beach
Great hotel and excellent location, right on the beach and close to a nature park. Stores and shops were a 10 minute walk away.......very nice!

Good value stat
We had a lovely stay here. We were self catering so can't comment on the food. As we were the only English people we felt quite segregated as all the entertainment was conducted in German. Our room was lovely with a nice view and beds were quite comfy. A few bad points the shower was very poor, the toilet kept breaking and our sheets were not changed for our full week's stay. We would return however as it offered good value for money.

Beachfront on quiet side of Cala Millor.
Rooms are spacious with little kitchens that meet your needs and well positioned balconies. We arrived and everything was ready, including our room requests. The staff is efficient and fluent in many languages. We spent a lot of time at the beach, which is right in front of the hotel - perfect location on Cala Millor as it gets really noisy and busy further down the beach towards the centre of town. We chose to spend our days at the beach, but there is a pool at the hotel mainly filled with children. We were on the 6th floor, nice partial view of the ocean. Room had good air conditioning and wi-fi. The only full views of the ocean are the rooms facing the beach, the majority of rooms are on the sides of the hotel.

Disappointing Hotel
Hotel was in a good location next to beach, we booked it thinking its 4 stars would make it better than the usual hotel stays but on arrival we were very disappointed with our room which although was a sea view it was only on the 2nd floor & on the corner so didn't have a very good view & we were overlooked by next doors balcony! The room was very basic & was a disabled shower room although we couldn't actually slide the bathroom door closed as it was so heavy & there was a shower chair attached to the wall of the shower so when the shower was used the water hit the chair & soaked the whole bathroom, we found it very noisy from the entertainment in the next hotel but the worst thing was the pool! The hotel policy was that no sun beds should not be reserved but by 7.45 people were out at the pool reserving the sun beds with their towels & by 8-8.30am there were no sun beds to be had! On one occasion we actually managed to get a sun bed & both ways either side of us there were towels on 7 beds in all & these people did not turn up to the beds until 11.30am! It was a nightmare & so we didn't bother again! I would definitely not rate this hotel as 4 stars!

Nice, clean hotel - helpful staff and great food
We had a few maintenance problems shortly after our arrival, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately. There was an enormous palm tree blocking our sea view, but we asked to be moved and the hotel staff took care of that as soon as possible (we arrived Wed eve and they moved us Fri morning). The view is spectacular and there are many nice amenities at this hotel, to include the spa and the indoor and outdoor pools. This hotel is frequented by primarily German tourists and few British. I believe we were the only Americans during our stay - I wouldn't say this is a problem, but the German tourists were not generally friendly and stared us down like aliens during our breakfast meals. The hotel staff are fluent in Spanish, German, and English and were wonderful about translating and giving information on transportation, dining and sightseeing. We only dined at the hotel for breakfast, and the food was wonderful and plentiful - well worth the upcharge added to the room rate. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Lastly, there was an entertainment program for children that commenced nightly in the room that is a bar/lounge and spilled over into the lobby. There was loud music and singing by children and the bar could not be accessed during this period. Not a problem for us, but if you are on vacation without children and prefer an adults-only setting, this is not the place for you.

This is a nice hotel right at the beach, and at the end of the beach, which means there are nice walks up the coast directly outside. We were there in April, when it was too cool to swim, so can't comment on that. The pool looked nice. The food is great and the common areas have been upgraded well. I'm afraid I can't say the same for the rooms. The hotel is an older one that has been upgraded, but it was not done well in the rooms. They are nicely laid out, with a separate bedroom. But the walls are very thin, so you hear neighbours very well all the time. The bathroom is my main complaint. Leaky shower, basin that has been repaired around the edges with grout that is badly peeling, toilet flush that didn't work half the time ... not to mention missing things that should be in a 4-star hotel, such as tissues! The mattresses also need replacing. So a mixed review.

What a wonderful place to relax and walk along the beach. Service was GREAT, we got in late and they made a dinner for us and had it in our room. We really can't say enough good things!!!

Very disappointed with our stay. We came here with half board reserved booked through hotels.com the rate was good for 10 days and the reviews are excellent. The rooms were very small, extremely old fashioned and smelled like smoke. I informed the very nice desk lady who promptly switched us to an adjacent room which did not smell of smoke. The beach is however directly behind the hotel. Dinner was a good clean healthy buffet and the waiters nice. However when it was time to sleep we realized the mattresses were about as good of quality as an air mattress which makes you feel you're falling off from all sides. The double bed was actually two singles not connected to each other so you continuously have to deal with the separating gap between the two.  The sheets smelled of dust, presumably because of the low season.  Needless o say, none of us were able to get any relaxing or comfortable sleep. I asked if they can switch our mattresses but was informed all were the same. I knew we could don't enjoy the next two nights in the hotel as a vacation for our one nice break after working so long in the year. I then spent four-five hours throughout the night early morning on the phone with hotels.com to see what they could do about our reservation to either allow us to change hotels or get a refund to go somewhere else. Neither hotels.com nor the hotel reservation people were willing to do anything for us due to the non refundable rates which were booked.

Good hotel with great staff
We really enjoyed our stay here, it was out of season but there's plenty of places to visit and a nice beach. The staff here were impeccable, the service was great, our little girl got a lot of attention from the staff for which she enjoyed and the indoor pool was great most of the time, the only down side of the pool was an old German that would walk from the sauna to the showers naked, and even after he was told by the staff he still did it. But I can't blame this on the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, we had an apartment that was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need, very good in all ways, location, views, room/apartment cleanliness, food, staff, I had a facial and back massage and as a beauty salon owner I was very pleased and a very nice lady, treat yourself you wont be disappointed.

Great Hotel
Excellent Hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. Views from the balcony were superb. Even though the majority of guests are German the staff speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. Entertainment is provided in the sister Hotel next door - Hippocampo Playa which has a very large bar/lounge. Drinks are a little bit expensive if you want something other than the local beer.

a four star service but only three star facilities
We went to the hotel hoping our nine year old would havechildren to play with and yes there where children there but as we where the only English couple with a child there wasn't any other children with the same language which was disappointing. The staff are wonderful and we feel they make the most of the facilities which wd feel where only three star and most define not a four star. The food was plentiful but not aimed any other client's other than our German friends. In all honesty we felt out numbered and did miss having a friendly chat with other English speaking families.
