Wont stay anywhere else in Santa Ponsa
Fantastic stay. Sea view room on first floor with balcony area and further space with our own outdoor bed, rooftop bar and infinity pool overlooking the bay with sunsets to die for. Room was great (for Brits there is no kettle). Comfy bed and choice of pillows. Safe. Great Wi-Fi. Superb breakfast included. Pool area pleasant, water temp ok but sea and infinity pool warmer. Staff were great. Location perfect, loads of restaurants within 5 minute walk. Even thought it’s central it was quiet. And best of all 10 second walk across the road to an amazing beach. Can’t wait to return.

Postives - beach location, roof terrace & infinity pool, lovely staff, great pool area, spa, breakfast, Estrella on tap! Special mention for Christina at the roof top bar....always happy & helpful. Negatives - Room walls are paper thin & show signs of wear & tear. Id happily stay again but I'd book the new rooms at the front.

Lovely stay with a friend
We arrived about midnight and raul on reception was very friendly and efficient. The hotel organised our private return transfer which took the stress away for us. Room clean and comfy. Few areas of TLC in the bathroom i.e peeling paint and mildrew corners. Breakfast had so much variety all fresh! Pool area not too busy. Roof top bar and pool lovely. Beach right opposite the hotel. Loads of restaurants choice

Very nice stay at H10 for 30th birthday
Very nice hotel, prime location and staff were very helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in and they managed to get our room ready early for us. Stayed here with my partner for my 30th birthday. The hotel left a complimentary bottle of cava in the room for us to celebrate. The rooftop pool has great views! The hotel has a no reserving sunbeds policy, so when people did try to reserve the limited number of day beds in the morning it was good to see them enforce this policy and remove towels from empty beds! Will recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is nice, could do with a few little continuing upgrades to the rooms and hallways at the back of the hotels. Cleaning staff were brilliant. Good pool set up for kids

A great short break.
Had a short 4 day break at this hotel. Couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. Everyone was Covid compliant in the hotel, wearing masks ect. Cleanliness was excellent, breakfast had plenty of choice, reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quiet at night time. A lovely roof top cocktail bar with fabulous views of the sunset. Would recommended this hotel and would return in the future. Good base location and staging point to explore the island.

Great views across a stunning bay.
Location of hotel is perfect. Across a quiet road from a lovely safe beach which has all the amenities and paddle boards etc. Roof top bar with stunning views of the bay. Great breakfast lots of choice. Hotel staff were all brilliant. Check in fast and efficient. We will return.

Lovely hotel for our return to Majorca.
Really enjoyed our stay the staff on the reception were very helpful, couldn’t fault them. Room was cleaned really well every day put ones mind at rest during the climate at this time. Will stay again.

Location, cleanliness, front of house staff all excellent. Breakfast average, breakfast staff on the whole but not all were miserable look fed up, didn’t seem to like being there. Coffee machines and orange juice awful. Despite this would still go back.

Lovely hotel for a few days away, central location, staff pleasant and accommodating but not enough staff on at breakfast time as the hotel was full and had to search for cutlery from other tables as staff could not replace quick enough, quality and choice of breakfast good, also had sandwiches from the bar at lunchtime which were good Did report the lock on the balcony was broken shortly after check in but no one attempted to fix during our stay, rooms were very clean and comfortable Would stay here again

The amenities and brunch buffet are absolutely wonderful. Location is great. Unfortunately, for the price of over $250/night, the room didn’t meet my expectations. I’m not sure if the portion of hotel I stayed in was scheduled for upcoming renovations, but the walls and doors looked like they were in dire need of a paint job, the furniture was very scratched and chipped, and the bathroom mold and mildew was disappointing. The shower worked well, but I initially walked into the shower to find a stranger’s balled up hair on the faucet. The bed was comfortable and clean. This hotel is full of relaxation and beauty if you don’t mind the price for a run-down room.

The hotel and staff were excellent breakfast very good last night would have liked a coffee on last night but bar tender refused to serve us one even though receptionist said should be able to buy one until 1pm which was a shame so we were leaving early next morning on a bad note

Myself and 5 friends have just spent the last 6 days here - amazing hotel! The adults only roof terrace was brilliant. So peaceful (apart from our cackles!) beautiful pool, lovely sun beds & amazing view. We had breakfast included. The food is good, really big selection, freshly cooked omelettes, pancakes & poached eggs. Lots of fruit, cereals, breads, pastries, hot breakfast, porridge - so much to choose from. Our shower flooded our room one of the days but they quickly fixed the problem I cleaned up. Would highly recommend for groups of friends.

The hotel is spacious, clean and has an amazing rooftop bar. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional.The range and quality of food is excellent and the strawberry daiquiris are delicious. It has the perfect location in front of the beach. I would definitely return to this hotel.

I liked that it was close to the beach and there was also a McDonalds across the street for my daughter. Only complaint I have was the shuttle that transferred us to the hotel. The airport is about 25 minutes away but our shuttle ride took close to 3 hours and wasted a lot of our day.

Staff helpful and friendly. Great position on beach . Food in restaurant very good. Wardrobes in room very small- no room to hang dresses etc No courtesy room available for guests. Had to use spa facilities along with three other women- not suitable at all .
