Good position in Palma nova,good parking but no aircon in mid April so had to keep windows open,plagued by mozzies.boiling hot else.! Very noisey as tiled everywhere ,drunk inconsiderate revellers returning at 2 am,shouting and trying room doors.managrment Not interested. Was staying B and B,breakfast food was awful.worst fry up ive ever had.Not worth the money.Pool attendant was creepy and unsavoury.pool closed at 6pm ? Grounds well maintained,staff friendly but could nt care less attitude at reception. Very dissapointed,wouldnt stay there again.

Please rest assured your comments and suggestions concerning the supervision of the loud night atmosphere in the room corridors, the breakfast selection offered and the impression given by some members of our team have been shared with our Management for review and action.As for the air conditioning, please note we have a central directed system which is turned from heating to air conditioning, or switched off depending on temperature ranges. Your experience is certainly not the standard we usually provide and we apologise for any disappointment caused. Its okay.
Stayed for a week for a couples trip. Pros: parking/ location: near the beach, bars,restos, stores/ across from the bus stop (for those who are commuting)/ friendly concierge/ spacious rooms Cons: the restaurant servers (not the chefs/cooks) weren't friendly at all. For 2 dinners in our stay we had to pick up our own utensils since the table wasnt cleaned or without any settings, the food was definitely basic. Not a lot of vegan options and everything is fried. And the worse part- you’ll leave the restaurant with its smell. Definitely the ventilation isnt working enough. They need to do a better job with the entertainment and activities. The schedule of events was hidden against the wall. Lame and unorganized ‘sports’. We stayed for 1 week, we got asked 1 time only if we want to participate to a game.

from arrival to departure everything went as it should have. as i only stayed on B&B breakfast was very good, room was good so no complaints at all. close to where you need to be, would return.

Standard hotel for area
Hotel was ok, standard for the area, but in a great location. Very noisy early in the morning and the food (buffet) was average at most, however I only had breakfast there. Think I'd rather pay more and stay elsewhere should I go back for a holiday, but in my opinion the north of the island is much much nicer!

Lovely clean hotel. No noisy residents
Stayed for 4 nights breakfast included. Plenty of choice. . Room had air conditioning at no extra cost. Maid cleaned every day. Nice room.only 3 or 4 English tv channels though !.

Relaxed break in comfort.
We went as a family and had 2 rooms. The rooms are huge, both had balconies. The whole hotel is very clean with modern twists in decor around. The breakfast was ok, it sets you up for the day. The pool is lovely and the activities which go on nearly all day are great. There's no pressure to take part in the activities and the staff who run them are lively, friendly and enthusiastic. I liked the fact that there are a variety of activities for all age groups ranging from craft, sports, cocktail making. My one gripe is the fact that guests are allowed to put their towels on sun loungers from early in the morning to book their bed. Some of the loungers had no one on them for hours while people were looking for somewhere to sit.

No rooms when the booking was paid and confirmed
I arrived at 1.15am on Friday 28th August to stay here for a very short time of 1.5 days to meet my friends from Sydney. I arrived and without warning advised that there was no room, a vague "mix up" and they ordered me to stay next door. I had already paid for 2 nights and had no communication from the hotel that there was any issue. I'd like to urgently speak with the manager, I have never complained about a hotel in my life by this is totally unacceptable.

Staying at the Ola Bermuda Hotel was good, staff friendly especially, Sara, Lidia & Dorina & Caspa in the bar, Tony on reception and the Animation Team. The let down of the hotel was the restaurant, breakfast was the same everyday and that was nice start to the day. Lunch, never excelled themselves, on some days difficult to choose something to make a meal. Evening meal, the same a lunch but the food was not the same, but again difficult to make a full meal. Lunch & Evening meal chips chips and chips, it would be nice to have a choice of potatoes but that did happen one night, a full side was potato's of different flavours, very nice. The dining room was small but clean. The swimming pool is small and have approx. 100 sunbeds some with lift up back rests but most broken. 9am pool opens, queue to get a bed, then spend the day out of the sun and then sit on them for half hour at 6pm, so annoying. The hotel is very well located, 2 minutes to the very soft sandy beach. Don't get a taxi from the airport after 2pm Saturday to Monday morning as it costs an extra 7.40 euros, 44.20 one way. Book transfer in advance, or take the bus 8.10 each way. Airport bus to Palma, then 104, 105, 106,or 107 to Palma Nova, easy except cases have to go in the bus.

Great location for beach,water park and bars/resteraunts,nice friendly hotel staff,nice clean communal areas,rooms ok and cleaned daily. Negatives were pool area and sunbeds insufficient for hotel capacity resulting in a morning scramble,no inflatables allowed in pool and no food choice for children, chips chips or chips for kids,adult food was average and resulted in us eating out 5 times increasing cost of holiday also all bar drinks come in small plastic cups which hold approx 3rd of a pint which hardly quenches a thirst and results in constant trips to bar. Enjoyed stay but and resort was great but would probably stay elsewhere in future.

Took our 2 grand children end of September for a long weekend and could not fault the hotel. Food and drink great, staff quick and polite couldnt do enough for us. Would highly recommend to any family and in great location.

Hotel pool, bar, reception and restaurant all very clean. Food was plentiful, fresh, well presented and tasty. Majority of staff were lovely and friendly. Only gripe we had was that were allocated a family room instead of the double which had a concreted balcony for child safety so we were not able to see out! We asked to be moved to a double room which we had booked only to be told none available, even though we had booked one! So we had no view of anything for the whole week. Another guest who was there with his family got a double with view! Apart from that the rest of the hotel was good.

Lovely hotel, great staff, brilliant location
Had a great time. Lovely clean hotel, approachable staff good food. Animation team were very friendly & enthusiastic. Kids club was VERY appreciated! ONLY downside were the "pool rules". 'no balls, no water guns, no inflatables.... no fun. Health & Safety is understandable but maybe an hour in a day where the kids can jump around on lilos etc but only a small thing - overall a great time!

The room was small for three people but it was great for what it was for...sleeping! The food choices at the buffet were ok, but I'm American and it wasn't what "we" consider a buffet. Nonetheless, it served its purpose! Thank you to all the staff I encountered at Ola Bermudas!

Nice hotel with a good location. Free parking is a plus. Bus stop right outside hotel. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Good breakfast and Wi-fi works OK. Some noice from trafic, fans etc. Overall good value for money.

Det stank avlopp i hotellet och värst var mitt i natten som vaknade till av illa lukten i rummet var tvungen sätta på AC högsta o öppna allt fönster Väldigt trafikerade gata och buller Efter frukost fick vi checka ut direkt Och tar oss vidare till vår ordinarie bokade Hotel vilket Expedia har ställt mycket besvär och kostade oss en dag semester

Rigtig fint hotel til pengene - god beliggendehed.
Fint hotel til pengene (all incl.), venligt personale alle steder, pænt og rent, tæt på vandet. Eneste minus var, at altandøren ikke var særlig lydtæt og der ligger en bar overfor, som har sent åbent.

Buffet assez répétitif, sans goût, sans saveur. Au final, des plats que l'on peut retrouver dans n'importe quelle cantine d'entreprise.......décevant mais intéressant pour ceux qui privilégient la quantité à la qualité!!! Ah, autre chose: les croissants au petit déjeuner sont, je suppose, surgelés....un comble !!!

Ola bermudas - all in? Weinig keus, klein buffet, smakeloos Het ontbijt buffet is nog te doen. Lunch en diner lijken net left overs en zien e niet vers uit. Elke dag dezelfde gerechten. Geen smakelijk gezicht. - buffet is maar 2 uurtjes Ontbijt 08.00-10.00 Lunch 12.30-14.30 Diner 19.00-21.00 - Waardeloze snack buffet. Hele dag staat het er te rotten. - housekeeping werkt niet op donderdag, niet geïnformeerd door de receptie - geen föhn - geen koelkastje op de kamer - onaardig personeel, behalve Abdou van de receptie - Niet vriendelijk verwelkomd, aankomst 22.00, ook geen informatie over het hotel gekregen. Alleen de tijden van het zogenaamde buffet. - bar sluit om 23.00 - airco werkt alleen vanaf 14.00 tot 06.00, niet geïnformeerd. - WiFi 6 EUR per dag!! - een extra kamer pasje kost zelfs geld 1 EUR Er is niets all in aan dit hotel! Geen aanrader. Zeker niet voor de goede eters. Pluspunten - Nette kamer, - locatie

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre et très bien insonorisée. La nourriture était variée et de très bonne qualité. Le tout inclus était vraiment très intéressant car il n'y avait pas de carte des boissons, on pouvait commander absolument tout ce qu'on voulait. Le personnel était francophone et toujours souriant.

Kvaliteten er nedadgående
Besøgte i 2014 hotellet og fandt det dengang OK til prisen. Det gør vi ikke længere. I år synes vi bla. at kvaliteten af maden og renheden omkring poolen var forringet. Sidste aften gik vi ud i byen for at spise, da indholdet af buffeten var blevet for ringe eller trivielt. Grøntsagerne var ikke frisk tilberedt og kvaliteten af det forskellige kød var ringe. Omkring poolen blev der i løbet af dagen beskidt efter at folk havde spist chips og efterladt plastikkrus fra drinks. Desuden var der i hjørnerne under liggestolene ret snavset med blade mm. Som så mange andre steder, så er der for få liggestole, hvilket giver det sædvanlige run for at sikre sig en ved poolen. Desuden er liggestolene ret slidte og dårlige at ligge i og ryglænet, som skulle gøre det muligt at sidde lidt oprejst for f.eks. at læse, er defekt på hovedparten af stolene. Det gode ved Hotel Bermudas er, at man først må (og kan) anvende liggestolene fra kl. 9.00, hvilket gør det muligt at få liggestole og parasol uden at man skal ned og lægge håndklæder kl. 6 om morgenen. Vores værelse var kun med to 3/4 senge, hvilket var lidt småt til os to voksne og to børn/teenager. Personalet på hotellet generelt er søde og hjælpsomme, især i baren og receptionen, men flere medarbejdere så i år ikke særligt veloplagte ud. Vi er enige om at det var sidste gang vi besøgte Hotel Bermudas da pris og kvalitet ikke længere hænger sammen.
