Per quanto riguarda il tema della pulizia, dalla conoscenza che mi è stata trasmessa da te, ho capito che è stata trovata una rivista accanto a un divano e alcuni boccali di birra nel congelatore che hai interpretato come una svista ma che in verità l'abbiamo lasciata lì come al solito consuetudine e cortesia verso gli ospiti in estate. Für alles, was in diesem Aspekt nicht zu ihrer vollen Zufriedenheit war, hätten sie mich nur benachrichtigen müssen, und wir hätten es in weniger als 30 Minuten gelöst. Ein herzlicher Gruß.
