"Clerk was on personal phone call when I was trying to check in and was rude. No elevator, no sitting area where the check in desk was, sleazy part of town, room floor had a sort of film on it (like the soap wasn’t cleaned off completely), and generally not clean."

"This is a charming in-law unit. It’s so well-designed and it’s decorated and furnished attractively and efficiently. The unit had everything we needed. Access instructions were easy to follow. We especially appreciated the great climate system which warmed the unit quickly when we returned from a day out exploring in the rain.Absolutely loved it and would stay again!"

"I stayed for 3 nights. The person who checked me in was nice and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean however the water in the sink would not drain completely every time I used it. The hand soap was empty however I asked one of the housekeepers to add soap to the bathroom and they did. Breakfast is served only until 9am so you do have to wake up a little early to get it. The options for breakfast were good. The hot tub being open and being an option was nice. "

"We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. We observed what appeared to be potential human trafficking, drug trafficking, and it was very unsafe and dangerous to be outside at all. Bed bugs and ants that were there were there I almost forgot to mention because there was so much nonsense. "

"The staff, Glen,Dawn,and Michael were very nice and helpful. The room was okay, no amenities. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. The hotel is an old building that had squeaky floors and you could hear your neighbors."

"The house was very nice and comfortable. The only issue I had were the beds were very soft. But that may be because I prefer a firm mattress. Also, just so you’re aware there are dogs in the adjoining area that you can hear bark sometimes. But we were not too disturbed by it. The host was fantastic in communicating and answering our questions and getting back to us in a very timely manner."

"Great little house in SE Portland! The only thing I would suggest is adding some kind of shelving in the bathroom since the counter around the sink is quite small. Otherwise this place is amazing."
