"Breakfast had a great variety and was plentiful. We loved the proximity to the beach and we enjoyed the infinity pool."

"Location was really good. Surrounding area needs some getting used to, it’s not a ‘pretty’ sight but once you get your bearings, it’s fine. The room lights n bathroom lights are not great, could hardly see to be able to apply make up properly, especially the room.. very dim. Bedding was comfortable and it was great that 3 could fit in a room with the extra bed provided at no extra charge ( as per the type of room we booked). Housekeeping could do a better job in their daily cleaning and the gym could be better equipped, perhaps a tower of dumbbells at the very least, as the kettle bells had an 8kg then a 4kg so nothing in between. Buffet breakfast was super, we were impressed with loads of choices. Pool isn’t big, but didn’t seem too bad as the rooms with pool access had their own personal pool space. Rooms are all facing pool area which was nice. Overall, staffed pretty well and friendly enough. "

"The room was a good size with balcony a bonus. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very attentive, Great location, easy walk to many bars/ restaurants and 10 minute walk to the beach."

"We loved the cart boys, specially Sol ❤️ Service was very poor otherwise, receptions English was not good. Cleaning was very poor and got a bit better after a complaint (I rarely do) Calling the cart to pick up was a lottery, maybe they come, maybe they don’t. Facility was nice. Parting hotel under construction -no noise. Good for children"

"Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great, the waterfront room was perfect. Had a little issue with aircon not being cold but it was fixed promptly. If there’s anything to note, I would say that the pool bar is never staffed, even when the pool is very busy. But it didn’t take away from my stay as you can still order drinks & food a few steps away at the terrace bar. But if you’re going to advertise a pool bar, it should be in use. Thank you! "

"Everything about the hotel was good the staff were lovely was a little away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away to get into it We wanted to keep room on for extra days found it a bit odd that doing it through the hotel was more expensive than rebooking online but the staff made sure that they kept us the same room on so we didn’t have to check out to check back in again But overall a lovely stay and would recommend "
