Located in Agia Pelagia, "Villa Melenia 1" enjoys an excellent location close to the beach. This ground-floor home is part of a two-story building, with "Villa Melenia 2" above it. Each villa has a separate entrance and is set on a 1,500 m² plot. The house features a living room with two sofa beds (one single, one double), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



The property offers two private balconies and access to an outdoor area with a gazebo, pool, and barbecue facilities. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a homemade meal for your loved ones.



The beach and public transport are within walking distance. On-site parking, free street parking, and garage parking are available. One pet is allowed. Airport transfer from Heraklion can be arranged for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours from 3 pm to 5 pm and 11 pm to 8 am.
