Greystones Villa is a stylish and contemporary maisonette designed for comfort, and unforgettable moments. Just 700 meters from the golden sands of Ammoudara Beach, this luxurious accommodation blends modern architecture with a welcoming, homely atmosphere.  
  
On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living and dining area filled with natural light, alongside a sleek, and a fully equipped kitchen. For added convenience, there is also a guest WC.  
  
The upper level hosts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and private balcony. The master bedroom’s balcony is a highlight, featuring an outdoor jacuzzi, an ideal spot to unwind under the Cretan sky.  
  
Outdoors, the villa invites you to make the most of Cretan living: take a refreshing dip in the private pool, relax on the sun terrace, or gather with family and friends around the BBQ. A shaded dining and lounge area creates the perfect setting for al fresco meals and long summer evenings.  
  
The outdoor pool can be heated for additional charge (40€) to 26°C for a comfortable swim. Heating must be booked for your entire stay with at least 3 days’ notice. Please note that heating depends on weather conditions and won’t operate during rain. No pool cover is available.  
  
The location adds to the villa’s charm, offering a genuine sense of local life with the church just a short stroll away, while the sandy beach of Ammoudara lies within walking distance.
