Experience the beauty of Crete from Blue Hills Villas, where design meets tranquil surroundings. Completed in 2021, this family-owned complex offers a unique blend of modern comfort and authentic Cretan hospitality, just 15 km from Heraklion city center.  
  
Spanning three levels, this villa features a private freshwater swimming pool and an outdoor jetted tub (0.7 m, suitable for children), with a terrace offering stunning views of the sea and gardens.  
  
Ground Floor: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms  
First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room  
Second Floor: One bedroom and one bathroom  
  
Blue Hills Villas enjoys a prime location near some of Crete’s most beautiful beaches. Mades Beach is just a short stroll away, while Ligaria and Agia Pelagia beaches are easily reachable by car. Psaromoura and Mononaftis beaches, with their crystal-clear waters, offer additional options for sun and sea lovers.  
  
The villas provide a peaceful and private environment, with a bus stop only 300 meters away and Heraklion Airport just 20 km away, making it easy to explore the island.
