The historic 18th century building has been extensively renovated over several years and completely refurbished. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within a radius of a few hundred metres. The special thing about the old town of Malchow; it is an island surrounded by Lake Malchow and Lake Fleesensee. A public lake access with a small seating area is right next to the house. This apartment on the ground floor has a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, desk, double bed, smart TV), an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, dining area, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also modern air conditioning, free WiFi and an internet-enabled Smart TV. The two apartments on the upper floor (DZV779 and DZV778) are similarly equipped, but have an open-plan sleeping area (access via a steep, space-saving staircase). Each apartment also has a parking space. There are 2 parking spaces directly at the house and a private parking space approx. 200 metres away. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. The climatic health resort of Malchow charges a visitor's tax (payable on site). The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town. Die 3\. Wohnung hat auf der Hauptstraße ein Einzelparkplatz.Die Parkplatze befinden sich links vom Haus, man muss hintereinander parken.Das bedeutet man muss sich mit den anderen Bewohnern des Hauses absprechen, wer will morgen früh wann weg.Die Aussage das es genügend freie und kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe gibt ist nicht richtig.Schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz, hier ist lediglich 1 Reihe kostenlos, diese ist quasi 24/7 besetzt.An der Straße gibt es Parkplätze bei denen man ein Ticket ziehen muss, es gibt keine Tagestickets, man kann lediglich 4 Stunden parken und dann muss man erneut ein Ticket ziehenWenn ich mich mit meinen Mitbewohnern nicht so gut verstanden hätte, müsste man sich jeden Tag irgendwo einen Parkplatz suchen.Geräusche:Das Haus ist ein altes Gebäude das renoviert worden ist.Gebäude:Sehr hellhörig, jeder Schritt von den Wohnungen oben drüber ist zu hören.
