Staff was very friendly too and even though they had quite a few trainees on the roster when I stayed, they tried their best and always had a smile on their face, even though they were still learning and occasionally had to clarify a number of things with the senior staff. I ordered a family room with “two double beds” according to the room description but ended up with just one double bed and a bunk bed! Wheras it does give 2 x 2 pax, the level of comfort is not as expected! Told the receptionist at checkin but got no solution offered. The towels provided we very old (threadbare), the soap dispenser in the shower had some rusted parts which implied some rust pieces were released with the soap at each release and the shower had some molded sealings. The breakfast ambiance is good, they are also eco-green so there will be an aqua water tank in every corridor level, on 2nd night I'm having an unpleasant incident on the lift, however, they immediately took follow-up action and asked how I feel, even they treat me beyond expectations. The food was goodand staff were helpful and nice. Our train was very early and we were disappointed that though the room is ready early we had to pay for early check in. We stayed a while so it wouldve been nice if they provided the customer service for early check in. Otherwise rooftop pool is nice but always crowded. The gym was nice and clean. Shouldn’t the house cleaning staff check on these things when they clean the room everyday? Buffet breakfast spread was sub standard by Accor hotel std.
