We arrived at 10 AM - more than four hours before check in time - and were able to leave our bags at the desk while we explored a bit. When we came back at noon we figured we were still too early so we just sat in the lobby to wait. Then, one of the front desk staff approached us and gave us the key to our room without us even having to ask! The buffet breakfast was also delicious and changed daily. We loved the 6th-floor pool with views of great city too.
