It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped independent kitchen, living room and a spacious terrace with unobstructed views. Intensely bright, with AIR CONDITIONING, WIFI and FREE PARKING. The urbanization is recently built, of a VERY FAMILY CHARACTER, it has an adult POOL, CHILDREN'S POOL, children's playground and PADEL COURT. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES or WORK REASONS. We want to avoid groups that come for other reasons (celebrations, parties, etc) since the neighbors reside permanently and we do not want any disturbance to either side. As in all CLEF Málaga Apartments, you will find the following services: ⭐ We offer Wi-Fi 🛜 💻 and air conditioning (hot/cold) 🥶 🥵. ⭐ Beds will be made up 🛏️ and we will provide one set of towels 🛁 (bath and hand) for all registered guests. ⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻 for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer). ⭐ Check-in time ⏰ is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂 and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. 🚕. ⭐ SPECIAL REQUESTS ⭐ At CLEF Málaga we want your experience to be as pleasant as possible, and we offer assistance with a variety of extra services (check prices). Please note that certain stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetics (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and detergents (active oxygen, bleach, etc.).
