An open, fluid and bright space with a contemporary decoration that prioritizes natural light and wooden details to provide a feeling of comfort and well-being. Equipped with everything you need to feel at home: queen size double bed (150), living area with a very comfortable sofa, 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, etc.), free high-speed WIFI and air conditioning. Full bathroom.   
  
The accommodation is located just 10 minutes walk from the historic center, 25 minutes from La Malagueta beach (1.5 km approx.) and the marina; in a quiet residential area with all services around. The apartment is spacious and close to public transport.
