Everything about the apartment was good, clean and tidy. Communication from the owners was great and very helpful. The only problem we had was the noise at night from the bars below in the street. If you're a light sleeper (or not actually getting drunk in the bars) expect to hear a fair bit of shouting until the early hours.

The property is very clean and spacious. There are many dining option in the vicinity, and you can walk to most of the touristic attractions. The check-in and check-out is easy and all the instructions provided are very clear. Nice and comfortable place in the middle of all interesting places.

We stayed in the apartment for 16 days while visiting Malaga. As it is located across the street from a bar, it was noisy at night, especially on weekends - I expected this based on previous comments, but others considering this property should be aware. Cleanliness - while the apartment was clean, the dishes in the cupboard were not. Every cup in the cupboard had dried coffee stains around the rims and bottom of cups. Looked like previous tenants left the dirty cups for a day or two, and merely rinsed them before returning to the cupboard. I had to soak the cups in hot water for an hour & scour & scrub them before using. Thoroughly washed all dishes before using, given the condition log the cups. Also, no extra garbage bags were provided when so we had to purchase replacement bags when garbage was full. Bathroom - musty smell from toilet. Although we sent emails to property manager to deal with the smell , they did not respond at all.

The property had super fast internet but the inclusions for an apartment were very minimal. No tea towels or paper towel. Sparing amount of washing up liquid. Super centrally located so very convenient to walk to everything. We had a minor issue with the lift not working properly (but not the owners fault and a technician was called to fix it)

Séjour correcte pour le prix

Nous avons pris cette appartement pour le prix. Nous avons tout d’abord eu du mal a joindre le proprietaire (plusieurs mois). L'arrivée c'est bien passée, les informations étaient claires. Pour ce qui est de la localisation, l'appartement est dans le centre, près de la place principale de Málaga mais aussi juste à côté de 3 boites de nuit. De ce fait, nous avons eu beaucoup de bruits tous les soirs. De plus, il y a un trou près de la climatisation d'où la pluie a pu rentrer. rentrer..consirution
