This 90 m² apartment, with free parking space, is perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends seeking comfort, modernity, and a central yet quiet location.

The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator, and features three fully equipped bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, providing ideal accommodation for up to 6 people. Additionally, it has two modern bathrooms with showers.  
  
A spacious living-dining room integrates harmoniously with the kitchen, creating an ideal space to share pleasant moments. From the living room, a large window provides access to a charming terrace, equipped with two chairs and a small table, creating the perfect environment to relax, read a book, or enjoy a coffee outdoors.

The apartment features quality furniture, air conditioning in all rooms, and high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We also offer an iron, hairdryer, towels, and high-quality bed linens.
