Very bright and fully equipped. The old wooden, sloping ceilings give it great charm. The terrace has views of the center, starring the tower of the Cathedral. It has been completely renovated recently, with great respect for the old building, preserving all its charm and attractiveness. It has free WIFI, smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning/heating, oven, and all the comforts. \-Characteristics: The living room is very bright, and has a beautiful wooden sloping ceiling with a picturesque mezzanine, through which you access the terrace. It has two bright rooms with exterior balconies, both with a comfortable double bed (one of the double beds is King size). All rooms in the house have exterior windows, so it is very bright. It is located on the third floor of a 19th century building, so it does not have an elevator. \-Services: The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The apartment has WIFI internet connection and all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning/heating, Smart TV, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, etc. \-Historical Center: It is exceptionally located, in the historic center, just three minutes walk from the emblematic Plaza de Uncibay, around which is the most popular area for restaurants and tapas. The Museo Picasso Málaga is just a five-minute walk away, as is the well-known Plaza de la Merced, where Picasso's birthplace is located. Nearby are all kinds of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. \-How to move: The penthouse is one step away from all the most popular monuments, museums, and places in the historic center of Malaga. It is very easy to get there from the airport by public transport and from the central bus and train stations. \-To consider: This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification. It has also been awarded the distinctive 'Tourism Quality Commitment' IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in a 19th century building in the center of Malaga, on the third floor without a lift. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is allowed on the terrace CHECK IN: Arrivals at the accommodation are from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request. IMPORTANT:Although the apartment has soundproofed windows, as it is located in a very central area, some occasional noise from outside may still be heard. PETS: Dogs are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged upon arrival for cleaning for each dog.
