  • This one-bedroom apartment is in a large new apartment block and is close to all of Malaga's many historic sites, bars and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with comfortable king-size bed, full-sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and living area with well appointed kitchen and seating area.

    A spiral staircase leads up to the 37 sq m private roof terrace for your exclusive use with 2 comfortable sofas, dining area and sunloungers. The terrace has access to communal roof terraces and a shared 8m X 4m swimming pool, open from the beginning of June to the end of September with views across the city.
