It is sunny, with easy access and quiet area, has free private parking, games room, gym, air conditioning. Cold / heat, located at 15 'min. From the historic center of Malaga, towns, beaches of the Costa del Sol and airport, you have direct access to the Technology Park. Ideal to relax with your partner or family and with all the comforts you need. There is no extra charge for cleaning. Good opportunity quality price! Accommodation \- Entrance facade: It has free private parking for your comfort and small garden. \- Rooms (3): A nice room with a double bed, balcony and private bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. \- Bathrooms (2,5): Two very clean bathrooms (The double with shower and bath, and the other bathroom with shower) and a toilet on the ground floor impeccable. All with handle for people with reduced mobility, towels, hair dryer and other things. \- Living room: It has a nice living room with large dining room, 42 "3D Smart TV, DVD with several movies and a Nintendo of the 90s, books and exquisite fireplace with optional firewood. \- Kitchen: Large kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances; washing machine 8 kg, dishwasher, 2-meter refrigerator, microwave etc. He will not miss anything. \- Basement: A beautiful space to enjoy and relax from the long day with a fantastic games room with exercise machine, table football, pool table, for fun and meetings, and two extra beds. \- Rear garden: An ideal place to sunbathe on your deckchair, also on your terrace has chairs and a small table space ideal also for smokers. Extras: It has air conditioning hot / cold in two rooms and living room, as well as a fan in extra room, includes cleaning products, personal hygiene, towels and bedding, clothes iron, hair dryer, all utensils for Cook, Wifi, and much more. The chalet is prepared in general for 6 people, but we accept up to 8 people, these last two have 2 extra beds with mattresses of 90x190 of high quality. For space, there's no problem! It is adapted for babies or small children with: portable crib, Wc adapter, safety protection kit, highchair, kangaroo, rocking chair, toys, bottle warmer, etc. All this to make your stay more comfortable and welcoming. We give ease in Check in / Check out according to possibilities. Guests must present at the time of Check in, an identity document, ID or passport to complete a registration form as required by law to lodgings legally constituted. Only people who have booked can enter We do not charge for cleaning! but we reserve the right to spend a charge of € 35 if guests leave the house in poor condition.
