It is clean, modern, and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to all attractions in the Centro Historico. The apartment is very quiet because of its location on the 4th floor and because it has double glazed windows with shutters. The iloftmalaga staff were exceptional. Each staff member we encountered was helpful, efficient and friendly. They promptly dealt with our requests and always with a smile. It would be nice to have a choice of pillow firmness. We would have preferred softer pillows.
