Accommodation, Distribution, and Equipment With an area of 100 square meters and a capacity for up to 6 people, it is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center. Upon entering, you will find a fully-equipped separate kitchen next to a spacious living room with a dining area. The property also has a small terrace. The apartment has three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other two rooms with two single beds each. Finally, the apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms with a shower for your hygiene and relaxation. Location Located in a completely renovated building in Plaza del Teatro, it is next to one of the most emblematic and crowded places in the city, Plaza de la Constitución, the epicenter of Malaga life and formerly called Plaza Mayor. The area where it is located, between Calle Marqués de Larios and Calle San Juan, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that the pedestrian streets in the surroundings offer, and where you can also enjoy the architectural works of great value that the city preserves, such as the Church of San Juan Bautista and the Church of the Sacred Heart. In its surroundings are the main tourist attractions such as the Carmen Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Arab Alcazaba, or the Roman theater.
