Kitchen cupboards had doors hanging off on arrival. Freezer needed defrosting and drawers wouldn’t open. Fridge kept freezing our food. Washing machine drawer wouldn’t open because of door. Not enough glasses for 4 people. These should all have been in better order before we arrived. Took 3 days of messaging to eventually deliver our change of towels/bedding. One hand towel between 2 is not enough. Showers leak into the bathroom.
