We had been in touch with Carlos constantly and he knew we were literally around the corner, but still charged us €20 late check in, which I feel was unfair and petty. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, though beds uncomfortable and bedding a little tired looking. The apartment we booked said balcony and upon checking photos, that wasn't the one we had. Just doors that opened out so no sitting area. Location was brilliant and building is beautiful and elegantly restored. Could have had better toiletries and maybe some water, tea coffee and sugar.
