We are pleased to present this fabulous semi-detached house in the East Zone of Malaga, Gibralfaro.   
  
A modern and quiet holiday chalet. The Malaga style and large windows have been respected. All of this has been complemented with modern elements such as the new kitchen and bathrooms and the warm decoration.   
  
Completely renovated and equipped with great detail, designed to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay, where our main objective is to make you feel at home.   
  
Our new holiday accommodation is ideal to share with friends or family and is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to enjoy an unforgettable stay. It is located five minutes from Paseo Marítimo Pablo Ruíz Picasso or the city center.   
  
The chalet is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with direct access to the terrace, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and another auxiliary bathroom. On the first floor, which is where you enter the house, you will find a large American kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining table, a toilet and a pleasant terrace with panoramic views. In addition to a large covered garage for almost any vehicle. A large staircase takes us to the upper floor where we find the attic converted into a large room with an office for two person, which also has its private terrace with views of the sea and the city.   
  
By having fiber optic internet you can also come on your business trip and work from any room with great download speed.   
  
The chalet offers a spacious and comfortable space for up to 8 guests.
