Second bedroom has a 190x200 bed. And in the living room, a sofa bed with a 140x190 mattress. Parking for a free car. It is located 10 minutes walk from the center, with many shops around and well connected. WiFi and free parking.
Improvements after renovation: acoustic insulation, windows with triple glazing, new furniture and electrisity, all new furniture.
It is a comfortable and spacious home. The neighborhood is ten minutes from Plaza de la Merded and Casa Picasso. It is a neighborhood with a lot of life. Posse many supermarkets and coffee shops.
