It is distributed in 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom, with a separate shower area. On the ground floor you will have the living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry area and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Going up the stairs, we will find a loft-style double bedroom and a very spacious second independent bedroom, counting all the rooms with air conditioning and heating. Just 10 minutes walk, we can access one of the largest beaches in the city, Huelin Beach, where beach bars such as La Pacheca or Rocamar, will make your stay something unique and with the desire to repeat. Walking just 8 minutes, we arrive at the historic center of the city, where the city does not sleep, full of restaurants, bars, shops, museums and endless narrow streets that highlight the 5 civilizations that have passed through the city of Malaga. . An apartment designed for a getaway with friends or family, where everything is close and the design provides the comfort of your trip. We are waiting for you at Del Parque Flats San Andrés. EN A security deposit of 150.00 euros is required for each stay. This is paid about a week prior to the arrival. Deposit will only be refundable after check-out if the apartment has not been damaged.
