The area is most famous for the amazing scenery, cultural sightseeing possibilities and excellent weather. The accommodation has three bedrooms with two bathrooms and everything you expect from a holiday accommodation. Our penthouse has been designed with a spacious open plan living-room. The kitchen has a Scandinavian touch and the large top to bottom windows can be opened completely. The outdoor terrace has a lounge area, outdoor dining table and bbq to enjoy the warm Spanish evenings, making this a perfect getaway. The beach and shopping malls are reachable within a reasonable time by car or public transportation. The Space: Our accommodation is a fully refurbished three bedroom apartment with a modern and cosy decoration. All amenities and functionalities to be expected from a holiday home are though of. Making this a perfect getaway for those who would like to be in the center of Malaga, within walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket. We recommend renting a car or using the public transportation as this is the most convenient and cost effective way of transportation. Across the street of our penthouse you will find a supermarket, busstop and a public parking garage. Guest Access: Our guests can use all amenities in the accommodation. We liked the area very much because we felt part of the community. The bus system and walking distance from old town made access very doable. This was our second year renting it and the neighbourhood is great for conveniences like groceries, public transit, bakeries and roasted chicken shops! Unfortunately we are hesitant to return as the power cut off over 20 times during our 35 day stay, an electrician was sent to check and found no problems but the breaker kept flipping off even after his visit and only in this apartment as the hall lights and lights in windows of other apartments stayed on. A second problem was that the fabulous bi-fold glass doors leaked during a few rain storms. With such an extended stay there was no change of bed linens but there was a washing machine. Would be a good idea to have a welcome folder explaining about supermarkets, restaurants and buses etc. Window in 1 of the bedrooms was locked and we didnt have a key.
