When you informed us about the smell of pipes, we offered you a change of flat to a superior type as soon as you requested it. Regarding the cameras, this is a security company that follows the Spanish regulations regarding image processing and installation of security cameras. As we informed you during your stay, the cameras are deactivated and are only used when the owner of the property activates them during your absence. They are cameras connected to the home alarm. At no time are these cameras recording you during your stay.At the entrance of the house there is a warning that it is a video monitored area, which is within the regulations for the installation of cameras in tourist flats. You asked us to destroy these images, but firstly, nothing has been recorded and also we do not have access to any recording since the regulations state that:Only the person responsible for the processing, or the State Security Forces and Judges in the process of investigating a crime can access the images from the cameras. In other words, the recording of a security camera can only be requested if a crime is reported to have been committed in the area covered by the camera.I hope you have a nice day
