Furthermore, with a pleasant 10-minute walk, crossing the Paseo del Parque gardens we can reach other sophisticated areas of the city, La Malagueta and its beach, the Pompidou Museum and the Plaza de Toros.Its decoration, in natural tones, combines very well selected contemporary and vintage pieces, chosen by the owner of the house. Its high quality furniture is meticulously selected. The terrace is perfect to start the day with a good breakfast in the terrace with fascinating views of the sea, the port and the Paseo del Parque. Not only can our guests enjoy the view from the terrace, but thanks to its large windows, they can appreciate the view from other parts of the house such as the kitchen or living room. The entrance to the apartment is via stairs, which give access to the open-plan living room that integrates the kitchen and dining area. It is a luxury apartment including with respect to the quality of the china ware. The communication with Caleta was excellent and their team was very responsive to any request. The apartment needs to be refreshed. The walls need a new coat of paint, some of the furniture should be changed.
