Tiene una terraza espectacular, electrodomésticos de todo tipo y de alta gama, calefacción, una televisión de 75" con diferentes plataformas de TV y música incluidas, Por ponerle una pega, la cafetera Italiana no es de inducción y no hemos podido usarla, pero hay una de cápsulas.
