Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Room was clean and large, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. It’s close enough to walk to the heritage areas and jonker walk in approx 10-15 mins and then escape back to peace and quiet away from bustle and traffic. When I had a wait between check out and my bus departure, staff generously offered me 2 extra hours use of my room for free without even asking for it. The pool is clean and peaceful, although there were no umbrellas or shade which would have been nice to sit back and read a book after a swim.

Our best hotel stay in our entire trip. The check in counter lady ( sorry I forgot her name) was wonderful offering us an extra bed to set up and even reminding us of breakfast options for a good price. Will return next time with the whole family.

My stay was very pleasant and nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room and service was all good. Hotel is near to all the shopping centre and about half an hour drive to all the tourist attractions places. Definitely will come back again!

The basement parking is safe but note that they close after 11:00pm for security reasons. So if you drive and have to return late then open car park on L1 in front of the Lobby is the only option. The rooms facing the city is good enough unless you want sea view which I booked. The Club Lounge should have ice and more selection of soda. There were only 2 cans of Classic Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale. The crackers were excellent. We didn’t get the chance to have full meals as we couldn’t make it during the times when food were available.

One of the worst hotel experience I've ever had. upon arriving to the hotel I was given the wrong room (booked a double and was given a single room). When checking with the reception I was told the hotel was fully booked and they don't have any double rooms available. I contacted Hotels.com customer support and they were not able to reach the hotel to sort the room problem. The room was clean but very small with a small single bed and a shower that is guaranteed to flood the bathroom every time you use it. Also, the room was on the ground floor near the lifts which meant I was constantly hearing the noises and dings from the lifts and the people using them. Breakfast and the room service dinner were ok. Furthermore, when I was checking out I was told I had to pay for the room again as the receptionist claimed they haven't received the payment details from Hotels.com. Again, Hotels.com CS couldn't reach the hotel to sort this out and I had to pay again and request a refund for the original payment which luckily Hotels.com got sorted.
