"In general the stay was great and the private onsens were also pretty good. But my issue is the sink in my room had an awfully bad smell especially when the water is running. Kind of like an extremely fishy smell which makes me doubt the cleanliness of the water supply"

"It's a beautiful resort and the offer of public and private onsen was excellent. It's great for value. We had two meals and we were too full to finish everything. The staff are friendly and helpful."
