For a four star hotel the rooms could be in better shape, they need a renovation. Weren't very clean either. Hairdryer didn't work in room 22, shower leaking, dirty and no hot water in room 21 and the main light switch does not work. The AC doesn't turn off. But the beds are lovely, the water peessure is perfect and the pool is a great escape from the hot sweaty streets. Breakfast is filling too. Just don't look to closely at the condition of the building. Reception could not help to organize a tour to surrounding areas/provide contact to organize tours to Toraja, mainly because their limited english knowledge. Breakfast was very disappointing for us: choice had to be made for either "Continental" or "Indonesian" and was "served" /single pieces. Obviousely their where only a few (6?) people staying at the Hotel at that day, might be that therefore there was no buffet for breakfast. Breakfast served in lobby area/inside/no view to ocean. Het hotel heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud en het zwembad heeft een beperkt aantal stoeltjes en ligbedden. De kamers zien er netjes uit en de voorzieningen zijn prima op de kamer.
