  • Beautiful holiday home Villa Nera with pool in Makarska, above the town in quiet location, with three bedrooms. This newly built villa, semi-detached house with sea view is located in a quiet slope above the town Makarska. Opening is scheduled for the end of June 2017. The rooms are spread over two floors. There are three double bedrooms with private bathroom, each room is equipped with TV / SAT. The spacious living area with open kitchen, nice terrace with pool and sea view, sunbathing, an outdoor shower and grill place. All rooms are air conditioned, TV / SAT and internet connection, WLAN. After a day trip, you can enjoy the relaxation on the couch. There is also a modern wall-mounted smart TV with satellite channels.-TV connection. At the dining table, which offers enough space for common meals, you enter the open cooking area. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with all appliances for a comfortable self-service, including stove, microwave and dishwasher. The comfortable furnishings of the villa include the wireless Internet access via WLAN, as well as air conditioning. A quiet slope above the town surrounded by many olive trees, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is a semi-detached house that offers the full privacy.
