The amenities were all up to date and the cabin was gorgeous! Our host Allison was quick to answer all of our questions. We are a family of four and also brought along our two dogs. They had provided a dog dish, placemat, and towel. Although it isn't a huge cabin, we were all perfectly comfortable. Having two older kids, we brought along an air mattress which wasn't needed because the cabin had one stowed under a bed, which we weren't expecting. It was a nice surprise! We had also brought along a bag of charcoal for the grill, but a partial bag was already there along with some lighter fluid. We used that and paid it forward by leaving ours there for the next people to use. We enjoyed the hammock and spent a lot of time out on the deck. The property is gorgeous! The only complaint we would have is that it would be nice if there was a mowed walkway all around the pond, not just the path to walk down to it.
