"Un grand merci à Ginette et Claude pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et toutes leurs informations. Le logement est très agréable, dans un immeuble silencieux, il est très bien équipé et il est très bien positionné. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Merci à eux. Le parking souterrain avec une place privée et sous surveillance est un soulagement pour nous et un gain de temps formidable pour le stationnement, de plus en période de forte chaleur il devient indispensable. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation."

"We recently stayed for 2 nights in this lovely apartment to see the Tour de France as it left Périgueux. Eric was fantastic, keeping in touch with us about the booking and providing info about where to see the Tour together with what else to do in Périgueux. His English is fantastic which was great as our French is not so good!Eric was waiting for us when we arrived and was extremely friendly. He gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and studio which was well equipped and perfectly located in the historic part of the city.Not only did the Tour pass within 30m of the apartment which was ideal for us, but it was so well positioned for bars, restaurants and shopping to. Absolutely perfect for our requirements!If we ever wish to stay in Périgueux again, this will definitely be where we'll come back to!Thanks Eric for making everything so easy for us!"

"Nice hotel close to the old town and undercover parking is next door. The room was large and king size bed comfortable. Staff were helpful to advise where to eat and booked a taxi on our check out. Small drawbacks were paper cups for hot tea and combined gel/shampoo in the shower"

"Very close to the train station and good enough for a one night stay. Rooms were clean but the hallway carpets were disgusting and need to be replaced. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was great."

"Great location for exploring the beautiful historic city of Perigeaux located within easy walking distance of the center with free parking just around the corner. Clean, comfortable with very nice bar/restaurant and terrace. Breakfast buffet was very good but evening meal was poor. With the exception of one stroppy young waitress who seemed to resent that we were not fluent in French, all of the staff were excellent and very helpful. No hesitation to recommend."
