Great hotel and great location. "Breakfast Included" is really just a voucher for the restaurant next door so you still have to pay towards it, that was my only issue with the place - everything else was fantastic

Conveniently located!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. The kitchenette was convenient and adequately stocked. My spouse was disappointed in the lack of drawers for storage of clothing, but this didn't bother me. Bike rental on premises was very handy. Staff were incredibly helpful. One elevator was not working (which I got stuck in for about 15 minutes. The call button was not working. We rang the alarm to no avail. Thankfully we had a phone and called the front desk for help). The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature and towels are abundantly available at the pool! Parking is first come first serve and is EXTREMELY tight - even for a compact car - kind of ridiculous but we managed to park and exit the vehicle through the back door. Beds were comfortable - we used the sofabed as well and it was fine. Bathroom was clean, very good water pressure and temperatures. Clean towels, well stocked. Oh and a bottle of wine and welcome card were in our room when we arrived! Nice touch!!

Fantastic welcome at front desk on Friday, October. 30th at 3:45PM (sorry, I didn't get name but she was wonderful). Very clean building and the room was exceptional, particularly the bed and the size of the washroom. Love the two-sided fireplace. Definitely coming back.
