The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades

Hotel located in center of town. Walking distance to all sights. Parking in center city lot. Nominally 5\*, but generally looks to be more 4\*. (Maybe need to adjust rating scale for Montenegro.) (But price is very reasonable - we have best room in the hotel for $180/night.) Dining room is comfortable, cheap and pretty good (not great) food. Portions huge, everything cooked to order. Room is huge, but is basically the attic, and it takes a while to cool down after AC turned on. No view from our room. (Attic dormer windows.) Breakfast in hotel is good and ample -order from menu - included with room. (But limited selection.) Hotel appears to have only 9 rooms, and dining areas accommodate over 50 indoors and more than that outdoors. From what I can tell, this is the only good hotel in or near Cetinje. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.
